The theatrical run of ‘Dawn of the Dead 3D’ has been extended till November 10th!
Over the weekend, George A. Romero’s Dawn of the Dead 3D was released in cinemas across the United States for the first time, and the theatrical run has now been extended!
Due to exceptional ticket presales, George A. Romero’s Dawn of the Dead in 3-D has been extended to November 10th at Regal Cinemas. Tickets are currently on sale.
According to the press release, “the film is not available on any streaming platform anywhere.” It is not available on cable and has been out of print on DVD and Blu-ray in the United States for almost a decade. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to watch the original, unedited 1979 US theatrical release version of Dawn of the Dead, lovingly and methodically translated to 3-D format by Dawn’s original producer, Richard P. Rubinstein.”
“Following an ever-growing plague of zombies that have risen from the dead, two Philadelphia S.W.A.T. team members, a traffic reporter, and his television executive girlfriend seek safety in an isolated shopping mall,” according to the 1978 horror classic.
